Dear UE Hallcon Drivers:
The Union has been fighting with Hallcon to improve how they keep and use data. This includes accurately knowing and where and when you work. If Hallcon thinks you are a yard driver, but really you drive on the road, you could miss out on money. There are many ways Hallcon’s bad data can affect drivers.
Earlier this month, the Union and Hallcon settled a grievance that will help to fix the situation for drivers. This settlement gives drivers and the union the ability to correct issues that arise from incorrect company data, such as:
– Paid sick leave
– Road pay for covering a yard shift
– Cell phone pay
– Shift differential
– Being in the correct Union
If you think you have been denied any of the following because of the company’s data issues, we need you to reach out and tell the Union and Company what pay or benefit you believe you are missing by August 1, 2025. Send to the Union at noah.wexler@ueunion.org and to the company at grievances@hallcon.onmicrosoft.com. Make sure you title the email Data Grievance Inquiry.
For more information or questions, please reach out to Field Organizer Noah Wexler at 612-276-2279.
