The UE Bargaining Committee met with Hallcon two days and concluded with Hallcon giving the UE a Final Offer just before midnight Friday. Hallcon’s offer simply did not provide the raises that drivers deserve, and the two sides did not come to an agreement.

Hallcon reached out to the Bargaining committee and changed it’s wage and longevity offer. The Union committee discussed the changes and voted to recommend the offer to the members.
UE is recommending a YES vote that will begin Monday September 26th, 2022. To vote for the Tentative Agreement, you must have signed a membership card in order to vote. You can do that by going here: https://railcrew.ueunion.org/join/
